The company declared force majeure on 7 November after the cracker went down on a technical issue. SABIC produces 100,000 tonnes/year of butadiene (BD) at the Wilton site, according to the Tx21.Com.Cn plants and projects database, using crude C4 feedstock sourced from the Wilton cracker.
